We'll need your address and your contact info to begin researching your home's value... And we'll need to know where to email it to you when it's done!

2. We'll Get To Work

Once we have your info, we'll start doing some research in the MLS on your home and your area. This will help us pinpoint an accurate price for your home.

3. Your Report Is Ready

We'll package our findings up into a nice little report for you, and we'll share it with you via email. Even if you're not planning on selling, this info is always good to know.

HOW DOES OUR PRICE ESTIMATE DIFFER FROM ZILLOW'S "ZESTIMATE"?

Our home value reports are researched thoroughly using our years of experience and local expertise in the Central Ohio market.

Estimates from sites like Zillow, OpenDoor, and Redfin are often inaccurate. In fact, Zillow even says to expect their values to be correct within just 10% of the home's true value. And we've seen many examples where Zillow values were off by as much as 40%!

Online estimates from Zillow, OpenDoor, Redfin, or any online home evaluator using an algorithm is not a valid replacement for a comparative market analysis from a real estate agent.
